DESCRIPTION

The EV300 threaded one-piece vent cap is molded of polypropylene for excellent impact resistance. The vent is a one-piece construction with the vent mesh molded in place keeping outside elements such as debris and insects. The venting area has been designed for maximum venting efficiency to compensate for negative or positive pressure built up in the tank. The vent includes a female NPT threaded bulkhead fitting with EPDM gasket.

  • The vent is NPT male threaded and screws into the included 3″ bulk head fitting
  • The 3″ bulkhead fitting is NPT Female threaded, with EPDM gasket
  • Installation is not included; requires a 4-5/8″ hole saw size to install the bulk head
  • Dimension of flat space required to install the bulkhead fitting: 7-1/2″ x 7-1/2″
  • Minimum diameter of the tank to fix the fitting on the rounded wall: 64″
  • Suggested minimum space between 2 fittings (center to center): 16″
  • Torque foot lbs: 25
  • Vent and bulkhead fitting are made of polypropylene
  • Designed for optimum venting capacity
  • Keeps insects, debris and other elements out of your tank
  • Overall dimensions (Diam x H) of the vent in its fitting: 7-1/2″ x 6″
