TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RETURN GOOD COSTS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, you have 21 days from the receipt date to contact our customer service department to request a return or exchange of merchandise. You will need to provide the invoice number, and a return authorization number will be issued to you. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be received within seven (7) days of issuance of the authorization number. Products must be returned, postpaid, to the warehouse from which they were shipped or picked up, in their original packaging and must be in new condition for resale.
Agrico Plastics Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any shipment not accompanied by a return authorization. Agrico Plastics Ltd. will inspect all returned items and reserves the right to refuse credit if such items are damaged, used or in poor condition for resale.
Agrico Plastics Ltd. will not take back any hoses that have been cut or a product that has been modified from its original state, even if the modification has been made by Agrico Plastics Ltd. or by one of its manufacturers, neither a product that has been manufactured on special order or any custom-made products. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The transport risks incurred when returning the products must be borne by the customer, unless the returned items have been previously received damaged or defective and Agrico Plastics Ltd. has been informed within 24 hours of delivery.
All payments must be made in Canadian dollars.
Online purchase by credit card:
Online purchases can be paid directly our website using Visa ® or MasterCard ®. If the total amount of the transaction exceeds the maximum amount granted for online purchases, you must contact the sales department by email at email@example.com or by phone at 450-471-2772 Ext. 1, so that an invoice is sent to you by email. The invoice can only be paid by bank transfer. A document containing the banking information necessary for electronic payment will be attached to this same email.
Online purchase charged to the account:
If you opened an account on approved credit, any purchases can be charged to your account, for the maximum value of the line of credit granted to you. If the value of your purchase exceeds the amount granted on your line of credit, the purchase must be paid online by Visa ® or MasterCard ®. You can contact the sales department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 450-471-2772 Ext. 1, to validate if they are other options for your account.
In the event of non-payment in a customer's account, for goods shipped whose invoices issued are not settled according to the payment terms established for its account, Agrico Plastics Ltd. may postpone the shipment of any order in progress, or newly purchased online, and this, until the account is settled, or, at its discretion, cancel, in whole or in part, any order in progress that has not been shipped. In the event of non-payment or late payment, the payment term granted by Agrico Plastics Ltd. to the customer's account may be revised or cancelled at any time, without notice.
Order by phone or email:
Any first order is payable upon purchase, in full, by bank transfer or Interac e-Transfer. For an order placed over the phone or by email, a document called "Customer File" must be completed in order to provide us with the information necessary to open your customer file. Once the file is open, an invoice will be sent to you by email for the payment of your order. A document including the bank information necessary for payment by bank transfer will also be joined to the invoice email, as well as the information necessary for payment by Interac e-Transfer. Once payment has been received, your order will be processed.
CHANGES TO TERMS
During a transaction, no addition of conditions or no modification of conditions obliges Agrico Plastics Ltd. to comply with them, unless it has consented thereto in writing beforehand. The processing of an order does not mean that Agrico Plastics Ltd. accepts additional terms or conditions from the company that makes a purchase, picks up merchandise or receives merchandise delivered by a carrier selected by Agrico Plastics Ltd. The conditions of sale and purchase established by Agrico Plastics Ltd take precedence first over all other conditions issued.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS AND SPECIAL ORDERS
The products are subject to availability at the time of the order. Certain special-order items that must meet the manufacturer's minimum order quantity requirements at time of order and may require additional delivery time. For all personalized products, oversized items, large quantities or for any non-refundable and non-exchangeable product, a minimum deposit or full payment may be required when ordering, even if you have an open account with Agrico Plastics Ltd. Depending on your order, the terms of payment will be communicated to you by your sales representative.
Agrico Plastics Ltd. warrants its product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, provided the product is used under proper conditions and in accordance with the product properties. These warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or repairs or attempted repairs made by anyone other than Agrico Plastics Ltd. personnel. If a defective product meets the conditions stipulated by this warranty, it will be repaired, replaced or credited at the original cost price of the product, but at no time including unexpected consequential damages and freight charges for replacement or credit.
The products that Agrico Plastics Ltd. sells, are intended for delivery and use in Canada only. Agrico Plastics Ltd. is not responsible for the sale of products intended for export. No documentation, product origin information or product classification code will be provided by Agrico Plastics Ltd. for export purposes. If products purchased from Agrico Plastics Ltd. are intended for export, the buyer is solely responsible for managing the export from Canada, as well as the import into the country of destination. He is also responsible for complying with applicable regulations, which include, in particular, Canadian export control laws and regulations.
The majority of the products presented on this website are shipped from the Agrico Plastics Ltd. warehouse located in Bois-des-Filion. For certain products that are personalized, made to order, oversized or ordered in very large quantities, the order may be shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. In these particular cases, the shipping point will be indicated on the estimate with the applicable transport costs.
